The staff was fantastic friendly, the room was newly remodelled and normal double with good internet access.

We were moved to an executive double room with space to sit outside overlooking woodland, a king bed, for instance.

No complaints whatsoever, overall it’s charming small place with really friendly staff especially the male manager.

Nice cozy room with spacious bed and shower/toilet, an iron and a couch. Beautiful location to the lovely town center with views of the lake.

The location is fab in a lovely area, adjacent to all pubs and amenities at top of windermere, and shops, walks and places.

It was en suite, huge and except for bedroom above.

Everything is perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is in the central location right next to the stream. I do recommend and would definitely book again.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Windermere, had much fun and met very polite and really good staff especially the male manager. Truly enjoyed the location that was great and next to Windermere center, and centre of Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. Furthermore, so close to the lakes...

The breakfast offered was astonishing with excellent quality served piping hot.

Clean place with particularly good and lovely breakfasts. Good restaurant with awesome cuisine, very courteous staff. Overall an excellent stay by one night.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was wonderful small with very good wi-fi. Value for money and exactly what I needed;))
